The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomas Paelemans made a great header on Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s corner, it was just that CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Ter Stefanek managed to reach the ball for a save. 10 minutes into the match, Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benito Fiz came free, but William Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Ter Stefanek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS from getting a goal against them. Ter Stefanek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Paelemans in the 15th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Casa Real de Savóia F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Poli Puyol to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes, CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Prospero Jobo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper William Gaúcho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS reached it. In the 23rd minute, Stamen Tekeliev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ter Stefanek came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Poli Puyol. But to his dismay, Poli Puyol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 31 minutes into the match, Stamen Tekeliev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of William Gaúcho. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stamen Tekeliev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s William Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stamen Tekeliev in the 36th minute of play. After 37 minutes Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Prospero Jobo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Prospero Jobo to fire away a dangerous shot which William Gaúcho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Ter Stefanek got control of the ball when Tomas Paelemans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robert Smith hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stamen Tekeliev to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s goalkeeper William Gaúcho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Stamen Tekeliev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The supporters of CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS booed when Casa Real de Savóia F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Smith didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Almir Meira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ter Stefanek was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Enio Coelho was substituted for Stamen Tekeliev. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Edward Huyghebaert was substituted for Benito Fiz. When CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Enio Coelho in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Enio Coelho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving William Gaúcho. That made the score 2-4 in the 89 minute of play. When Enio Coelho came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enio Coelho couldn't finish the play.
