Skövde AIK's Viktor Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Montrel in the 11th minute of play. Chen Ao Fan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nestor Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chen Ao Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Hamrin in the 16th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Kurt Hamrin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skövde AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Viktor Pettersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prospero Perico. In the 22nd minute, Chen Ao Fan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skövde AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Xu Ran Zhen made a great header on Lobos de Carelia's corner, it was just that Skövde AIK's Viktor Pettersson managed to reach the ball for a save. After 36 played minutes Skövde AIK got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Hamrin. 39 minutes into the game, Leonel Giro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Viktor Pettersson. Leonel Giro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Chen Ao Fan sped through Lobos de Carelia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nestor Cortez. The Lobos de Carelia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Skövde AIK were winning 1-3.

Horacio Oliverios scored 2-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Viktor Pettersson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nestor Cortez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kevin Keegan in the 55th minute. Kevin Keegan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th match minute, Skövde AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hjalmar Hägert to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Skövde AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Montrel came free, but Viktor Pettersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saul Montrel scored 3-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Viktor Pettersson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
