Kaká Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Borussia Dortmund MZB's Dudu Camargo got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 12th minute, Vinícius Fernandes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Borussia Dortmund MZB's Roman Weidenfeller didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmílson Senna in the 16th minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund MZB's goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 minutes, Kaká Xavier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borussia Dortmund MZB and the Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kaká Xavier hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Roman Weidenfeller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Peres in the 23rd minute of the match. Roman Weidenfeller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Peres, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute Gil Peres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Weidenfeller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Josué Aguiar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roman Weidenfeller made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gil Peres made the kick off in the second half. Roman Weidenfeller didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmílson Senna went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 56 minutes into the game, Lúcio de Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borussia Dortmund MZB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ the free kick. FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Slade Wilson came free, but Jerônimo de Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Rony Sergipano hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus Savioli in the 71st minute of play forced Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Jerônimo de Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Weidenfeller came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Edmílson Senna. But to his dismay, Edmílson Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Borussia Dortmund MZB's Kaká Xavier got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerônimo de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaká Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slade Wilson in the 84th minute of play forced Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Jerônimo de Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 played minutes Borussia Dortmund MZB got a freekick which was hit by Pedrinho Mandrak. In the 88th minute, Edmílson Senna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roman Weidenfeller was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
