In the 11th minute of the match, Juvenal de Queiroz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Telmo Trigo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Pedro Luís Lima succeeded in the game's 18th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Telmo Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luís Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Luís Lima was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Pedro Luís Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juvenal de Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Telmo Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Soeiro came free, but Jean Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cido Vinhas charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cido Vinhas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cido Vinhas hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 41 played minutes A.A. Francana got a freekick which was hit by Válbson Loyola. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Luís Lima to make the kick off. When Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Pedro Luís Lima in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.A. In the 71st minute, Dorival Viana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute, Juvenal de Queiroz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Telmo Trigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in A.A. Francana's zone, Pedro Luís Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Telmo Trigo came out of the goal and Pedro Luís Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jean Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Adolfo Leite in the 84th minute of the match. Dorival Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Gabriel Leme got a free kick in the 94th minute. João Adolfo Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Jean Donato made a huge save.
