Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saadettin Başesgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Eflani SK's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Saadettin Başesgi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Carballo to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 15th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Hugo Ferrant in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Eflani SK's Yalçın Dalga. After 20 played minutes Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu rounded Costa Rica's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Axel Tasis took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saadettin Başesgi. Saadettin Başesgi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Saadettin Başesgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 30th minute of play. After 36 minutes, Mehmet Oğuz Hececi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eflani SK and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th minute, Mehmet Oğuz Hececi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. When Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Eflani SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Eflani SK defense, Lautaro Puig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saadettin Başesgi. The Eflani SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saadettin Başesgi should have stopped the shot. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute, Lautaro Puig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dilaver Topçam charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dilaver Topçam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Eflani SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dilaver Topçam didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saadettin Başesgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eflani SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Eliseo Noboa scored to the left of an out of position Saadettin Başesgi, making the score, 1-3.
