Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Eflani SK's goalkeeper Saadettin Başesgi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 3rd minute, Eliseo Noboa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Costa Rica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 8th minute, İlkan Bircan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu in the 12th minute. The supporters of Eflani SK booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 15th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saadettin Başesgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 24th minute of the match. Saadettin Başesgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saadettin Başesgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Puig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lautaro Puig fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Lautaro Puig a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 51st match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Dilaver Topçam came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alan Moruga during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu in the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Eflani SK's Mürsel Özaslan got a free kick in the 60th minute. A collision led to Eflani SK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Boğaçhan Ozansoy hit a great ball. Aaron Alcocer charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Alcocer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Aaron Alcocer notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Eflani SK's Saadettin Başesgi. Saadettin Başesgi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu in the 85th minute of the match. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Acácio Kafadar in the 87th minute of play. Axel Tasis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saadettin Başesgi having to interfere. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Bektaş Ali Çelenkoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Costa Rica succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Eflani SK had controlled the match.
