The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. 26 minutes into the match, Levi Miner notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pavel Milescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 39th minute. After 44 played minutes CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Ivasiuc. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. When Iurie Ivasiuc fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's protests and gave Iurie Ivasiuc a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Iurie Ivasiuc got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Milescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Isidoro Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Pavel Milescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olimpiu Drăucean got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 77 played minutes CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM got a freekick which was hit by Pierre-Paul Miner. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play. Pavel Milescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Panama booed when CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zidan Miner didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Miguel Miralles hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Levi Miner. Pavel Milescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iurie Ivasiuc was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Iurie Ivasiuc kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Zidan Miner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 93rd minute of play forced CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalkeeper Pavel Milescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavel Milescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 96th minute of the match.
