Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 10 minutes into the match, Gabriele Batistuta notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lucas Martínez Quarta hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Salvidor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor. Camilo Salvidor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lautaro Mancebo might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Salvidor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Mancebo ran back to his position shaking his head. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriele Batistuta to make the kick off. Camilo Salvidor made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. After 53 minutes Menchu FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. In the 54th minute, Gabriele Batistuta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriele Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Camilo Salvidor made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Camilo Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 58th minute of play. Gabriele Batistuta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Camilo Salvidor. Camilo Salvidor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Salvidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 76th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriele Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Roberto Carlo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 84th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Camilo Salvidor however easily saved by the left post. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Mancebo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match.
