Match Report

Est Rommel Fernández
Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0)
The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Berganza got the match started through his kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Wy-pas's Juliusz Poteralski. Juliusz Poteralski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 5 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juliusz Poteralski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Isidoro Sarmiento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Juliusz Poteralski made a huge save. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento made a precise shot to the right of Juliusz Poteralski. Wy-pas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 23 minutes into the game, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juliusz Poteralski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 27 minutes into the match, Wy-pas's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Juliusz Poteralski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Felipe Ros threw the ball into play from the sideline. Wy-pas's Dominik Kasprzak quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Kryspin Komornicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Juliusz Poteralski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Wy-pas's Juliusz Poteralski. Juliusz Poteralski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 40 minutes in the game Felipe Ros did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Abraham Alguacil. Juliusz Poteralski was a little too slow when Tomas Berganza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 5-0. In the 46th minute of the match, Miguel Miralles tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Juliusz Poteralski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miroslaw Koprowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juliusz Poteralski came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Tomas Berganza. But to his dismay, Tomas Berganza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. The throw-in from Matthew Garrido in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Wy-pas's Edgar Pryputnicki. Juliusz Poteralski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Miralles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Poteralski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Wy-pas booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Berganza scored 7-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juliusz Poteralski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juliusz Poteralski was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Jose Carita made in the 69th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Miguel Miralles. Juliusz Poteralski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Poteralski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Wy-pas getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Kryspin Komornicki hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Miralles in the 77th minute of play forced Wy-pas's goalkeeper Juliusz Poteralski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute Miguel Miralles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Poteralski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Abraham Alguacil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. After some careless play in the Wy-pas defense, Tomas Berganza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juliusz Poteralski. The Wy-pas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juliusz Poteralski should have stopped the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Wy-pas's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Juliusz Poteralski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wy-pas's Juliusz Poteralski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Miguel Miralles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Miralles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juliusz Poteralski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 92 minutes of play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juliusz Poteralski was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Panama players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
