Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. Guido Bautista might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guido Bautista ran back to his position shaking his head. 5 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guido Bautista. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Dolfos having to interfere. Rigoberto Mina's late challenge caught a Club Almirante Brown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Mina helped the player get up and apologised. 12 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 14 minutes, Club Almirante Brown's Fabricio Lorencio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Alonzo Ekialde kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes in the game Guillermo Mariano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tomas Illescas. 33 minutes into the game, Guido Bautista recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Guido Bautista showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Segio in the 36th minute of the match. Wilfredo Segio scored 4-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Dolfos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Guido Bautista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Almirante Brown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Bautista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfredo Segio to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Patricio Costa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isidoro Dolfos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Wilfredo Segio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. If Guido Bautista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Bautista in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Abad in the 63rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Club Almirante Brown's Isidoro Dolfos got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 66 minutes, Severo Venceslas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Almirante Brown and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th match minute, Club Almirante Brown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Venceslas to maneuver through the defense. Severo Venceslas hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Guido Bautista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. 84 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Bautista came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Fabricio Lorencio might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabricio Lorencio ran back to his position shaking his head. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Almirante Brown's goalie prevented a goal. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Bautista in the 93rd minute of play. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Rayman, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Club Almirante Brown's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
