Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Selmi Uğurcan started the match with the kick off. Challestone S.C.'s Pepe Pancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 2nd minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Challestone S.C.'s goalie and right to Miguel Miralles. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Challestone S.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Mel in the 9th minute of play. Alex Capone took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 13th minute, Robert Prosinečki made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Alex Capone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selmi Uğurcan in the 22nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Ros during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Felipe Ros hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Harald Wester sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Panama's Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selmi Uğurcan in the 28th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Mel in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper Pepe Pancho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Sarmiento. Pepe Pancho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Gregorio Mel took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Berganza to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selmi Uğurcan in the 53rd minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla was a little too slow when Selmi Uğurcan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-5. Pepe Pancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 67th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. Challestone S.C. made a substitution. Edwin Tenorio replaced Raul Verga. Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Alex Capone left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Challestone S.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Alex Capone sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Prosinečki came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Challestone S.C.'s Selmi Uğurcan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. With an all-out effort, Challestone S.C.'s Marcos Cotilla threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robert Prosinečki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Edwin Tenorio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Challestone S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Edwin Tenorio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Challestone S.C. booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Challestone S.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Panama throughout the match.
