Antonio Perrando might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Perrando ran back to his position shaking his head. Antonio Perrando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. After 29 played minutes Alberto Tonete rounded Venezuela's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 32nd minute Alberto Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Perrando went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Newpi Academy's Alberto Tonete got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tonete in the 84th minute of play. Alberto Tonete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Lauren in the 89th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Gisbert got a throw-in 94 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Patricio Costa. In the 95th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Newpi Academy's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
