In the 4th minute, Kevin Mastache made a precise shot to the right of Erol Suer. Büyükçekmece FC.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jan Persson struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Büyükçekmece FC.. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colombia! The goalkeeper, Pedro Manzanares, was totally fooled by Büyükçekmece FC.'s Alvar Vester, who 13 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Alvar Vester kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Jan Persson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Persson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Sarmiento in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erol Suer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erol Suer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia's attentive Antonio Indiano managed to snatch the ball when Sergio Hug made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erol Suer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erol Suer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Mastache hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Samuel Navarro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 3-1 came in the 35th minute when Alvar Vester all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. In the 37th minute, Bishop Fazey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erol Suer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes Büyükçekmece FC. got a freekick which was hit by Alvar Vester. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Büyükçekmece FC.'s Jan Persson made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bishop Fazey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Persson came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Axel Montenegro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erol Suer. That made the score 4-2 in the 61 minute of play. In the 65th minute Jan Persson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Büyükçekmece FC. were furious when Korkutalp Sanih was red carded, 73 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Büyükçekmece FC.! Erol Suer had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Kevin Mastache's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Abram Secada slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erol Suer. That made the score 4-3 after 78 minutes of play. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Erol Suer made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Abram Secada sent off a good shot on target. 90 minutes into the game, Mikail Özil threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 91st minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erol Suer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Büyükçekmece FC.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Mastache was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
