Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paco Everett kicked off to start the match. Matthew Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Abraham Alguacil took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bath Boyce. Bath Boyce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Alex Cambeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Kris Pearse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bath Boyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Paco Everett came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rusty Reynolds hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Bath Boyce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 29th minute. Miguel Miralles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Bath Boyce made a huge save. Bath Boyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paco Everett in the 33rd minute of play. Abraham Alguacil scored 2-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bath Boyce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bath Boyce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Paco Everett left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boroondara Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Boroondara Milan's Drake Sobczak got a free kick in the 54th minute. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bath Boyce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidoro Sarmiento in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bath Boyce saved Boroondara Milan from getting behind. In the 65th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bath Boyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Panama booed when Boroondara Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arty Shearn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Drake Sobczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Aaron Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boroondara Milan's Ned Mills got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Boroondara Milan's Bath Boyce. Bath Boyce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 85 minutes into the match, Kris Pearse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kris Pearse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Drake Sobczak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boroondara Milan's supporters rose to their feet, but Drake Sobczak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Panama's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
