Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Frontera AFC's Silvestre Cisco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Cisco in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naohiro Takahara in the 12th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Frontera AFC's Silvestre Cisco. But to his dismay, Silvestre Cisco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 24th minute Silvestre Cisco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Cisco in the 25th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvestre Cisco went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvestre Cisco in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Silvestre Cisco put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Palacio in the 37th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustín Rossi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvestre Cisco in the 52nd minute. A very nice done corner allowed Walter Gaitán to score against Jonathan Ferrant in Venezuela's goal. 1-6 after 55 minutes. Agustín Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Frontera AFC's Silvestre Cisco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. Frontera AFC's Gonzalo Pacifico was substituted for Celso Betadur. The crowd rose to their feet as Frontera AFC's Silvestre Cisco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-9 after 73 minutes of play. In the 76th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Naohiro Takahara scored 1-10 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Cisco in the 80th minute of play. Frontera AFC were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Silvestre Cisco took the corner. After taking down the ball on Frontera AFC's corner Silvestre Cisco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Cisco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 87th minute of play forced Frontera AFC's goalkeeper Agustín Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90 minutes, Silvestre Cisco made it 1-11 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Frontera AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
