After 9 played minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fred Bonk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. After 11 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fred Bonk was left in no man's land by his defense there! 福建宁德活塞队's Fred Bonk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by 柯默渊 in the 19th minute. Fred Bonk came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Fred Bonk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, 齐梁洋 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Bonk was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. 58 minutes into the game, 龙霆沙 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 福建宁德活塞队's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After 58 played minutes 福建宁德活塞队 got a freekick which was hit by 龙霆沙. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. After a defensive mix-up in 福建宁德活塞队's zone, Agustín Saelices stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Bonk came out of the goal and Agustín Saelices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, 福建宁德活塞队's goalkeeper Fred Bonk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Fred Bonk in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fred Bonk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 80th minute of play. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of 福建宁德活塞队's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. 福建宁德活塞队's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Edoardo Zollino's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edoardo Zollino helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, 福建宁德活塞队's Fred Bonk got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 柯默渊 went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. Ecuador played a much better game than 福建宁德活塞队 and deserved their victory. The 福建宁德活塞队 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
