Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Naohiro Takahara kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Walter Gaitán notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 9 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Palacio. After some careless play in the Frontera AFC defense, Lautaro Mancebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustín Rossi. The Frontera AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustín Rossi should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 15th minute of play forced Frontera AFC's goalkeeper Agustín Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustín Rossi came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Frontera AFC's Alan Varela got a free kick in the 20th minute. Agustín Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Palacio came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustín Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 29th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Silvestre Cisco sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naohiro Takahara in the 32nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustín Rossi. Agustín Rossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Agustín Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 45th minute of play. Agustín Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Walter Gaitán hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Agustín Rossi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lautaro Mancebo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 54 minute of play. Luca Zorita succeeded in the game's 59th minute to get real power on a long shot . Frontera AFC's Agustín Rossi hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-5! An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 65th minute of play forced Frontera AFC's goalkeeper Agustín Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Agustín Rossi however easily saved by the left post. In the 69th minute Alan Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Agustín Rossi made a huge save. With a little luck, Frontera AFC's Agustín Rossi got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Agustín Rossi made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Facundo Cadaval sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustín Rossi having to interfere. The Mexico players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
