Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Silvério Pinhal made the kick off and thus started the match. Nilson Fraser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 5th minute of play forced Ayla FC's goalkeeper Nilson Fraser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ayla FC's Larry Knevett got a free kick in the 9th minute. Nilson Fraser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14thth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ayla FC's Nilson Fraser was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Ayla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Nilson Fraser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Odon came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson Fraser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson Fraser having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rob Porteus in the 33rd minute of play. Silvério Pinhal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilson Fraser was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Mexico were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Rob Porteus made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 55th minute, Brayden Duggan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute Larry Knevett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ayla FC's Nilson Fraser got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 71st minute. After 74 played minutes Ayla FC got a freekick which was hit by Larry Knevett. Nilson Fraser made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 75th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nilson Fraser, 1-3. Nilson Fraser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 86th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Tafalla. In the 91st minute of the match Larry Knevett shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Ayla FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. John Wayland hit a great ball. Joel Gaona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Nilson Fraser made a huge save. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Nilson Fraser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
