Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ovidiu Poenaru started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, José Pedro Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. DJK Füchtel Vechta's supporters rose to their feet, but José Pedro Cerezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the game, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Matthieu Richardot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Matthieu Richardot managed to get in a good position for a shot. DJK Füchtel Vechta's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthieu Richardot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ovidiu Poenaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Pedro Cerezo in the 28th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as DJK Füchtel Vechta's José Pedro Cerezo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 3-1 after 28 minutes of play. Jay-Jay Struwe hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute, Marcus Terstappen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rea Selbert kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Poenaru in the 57th minute of play. After 59 minutes, Jonathan Venegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the DJK Füchtel Vechta players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The DJK Füchtel Vechta fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when DJK Füchtel Vechta's Ovidiu Poenaru looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 74 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gerold Zollt. Tomas Illescas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. DJK Füchtel Vechta made a substitution. Kai Baumbach replaced Chris Kursawe. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Pedro Cerezo in the 88th minute of the match. José Pedro Cerezo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for DJK Füchtel Vechta.
