Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Anjullan AFC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Orlando Millrick hit a great ball. Dalmacio Paublo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Anjullan AFC's Miguel Borja sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 15 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Santiago Gentiletti who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Santiago Gentiletti got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dalmacio Paublo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Anjullan AFC's Rafael Nisio got a free kick in the 21st minute. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dalmacio Paublo. Dalmacio Paublo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Primitivo Andino made in the 30th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Felix Montenegro. The audience was convinced that Felix Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dalmacio Paublo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Anjullan AFC's Dalmacio Paublo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Miguel Borja ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonio Etxahun was the one to do the kick off. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Borja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Miguel Borja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Miguel Borja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 56th minute of play forced Anjullan AFC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Paublo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Borja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute Miguel Borja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Anjullan AFC's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Anjullan AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Etxahun in the 64th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Borja came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Anjullan AFC's Miguel Borja. But to his dismay, Miguel Borja quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Borja in the 72nd minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Santiago Gentiletti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anjullan AFC's Ādolfs 王义勇 was substituted for Orlando Millrick. After 85 minutes, Antonio Etxahun made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Anjullan AFC's Ādolfs 王义勇 got a free kick in the 88th minute. After 90 played minutes Anjullan AFC got a freekick which was hit by Julian Urritz. Daniel Zorita, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Anjullan AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
