Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alexandru Nastac started the match with the kick off. Timoteo Lucero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 4th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Timoteo Lucero quite easily take care of the ball. Akademia Maliqi's attentive Emmanuel Urruti managed to snatch the ball when Felix Montenegro made a throw-in in the 5th minute of the game. 9 minutes into the game, Alexandru Nastac cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Timoteo Lucero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Lucero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, 张铮泉 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the match, Akademia Maliqi's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Timoteo Lucero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Lucero having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Akademia Maliqi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nexhat Zhiva to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Akademia Maliqi's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivón Echavarri, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Akademia Maliqi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ecuador:s goal. Timoteo Lucero had in the 48thth minute some difficulties stopping Daniel Zorita's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after Akademia Maliqi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner.

When Antonio Arias fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Antonio Arias a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Timoteo Lucero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olsi Berberi kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivón Echavarri in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Akademia Maliqi's Timoteo Lucero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 79th minute of play. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Timoteo Lucero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 83rd minute, Ivón Echavarri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Timoteo Lucero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Timoteo Lucero despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alexandru Nastac struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Akademia Maliqi. After having played for 94 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Akademia Maliqi had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
