Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dombiratosi Football Club's Tamás Varsányi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Dombiratosi Football Club's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tamás Varsányi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 11thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dombiratosi Football Club's David De Gea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David De Gea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Dombiratosi Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but David De Gea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kálmán Kiss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tamás Varsányi in the 30th minute. David De Gea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. David De Gea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After 47 played minutes Dombiratosi Football Club got a freekick which was hit by András Horváth. Dombiratosi Football Club made a substitution. Mátyás Csonka replaced Roland Sági. After a rather tough play, Dombiratosi Football Club's András Horváth got a free kick in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David De Gea having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 minutes, Felix Montes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Dombiratosi Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with David De Gea in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tamás Varsányi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Felix Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julio Vera had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Kálmán Kiss's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Kálmán Kiss kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kálmán Kiss in the 83rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Kálmán Kiss kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mátyás Csonka in the 87th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Mátyás Csonka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Mátyás Csonka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, András Horváth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 98th minute Krisztián Kenesei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dombiratosi Football Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ecuador had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
