In the 16th minute Almir Catarinense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Bresser III Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genílson Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Bresser III Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Davies came free, but Oséas de Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Almir Catarinense reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bruno Barrett. The goal made the score 2-0. Charles Cox kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Oséas de Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Davies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oséas de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanley Wallace in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Kyle Davies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Genílson Carneiro to make the kick off. David de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, Bresser III Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Oséas de Queiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stanley Wallace. In the 56th minute, Diego Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David de Barros in the 59th minute of the match. David de Barros might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David de Barros ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kyle Davies struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Oséas de Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curacao. The supporters of Curacao booed when Bresser III Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute Bernardinho Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David de Barros's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Curacao's Stanley Wallace got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rocco Owen struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Oséas de Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curacao. After 84 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Stanley Wallace. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genílson Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Bertie Johnson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
