Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vicente Antunes got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Renato Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Renato Donatello having to interfere. In the 13th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Renato Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dito Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Renato Donatello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the match, MALAIA FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Paulo Renato Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Luis Andino notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of MALAIA FDFDF's Paulo Renato Donatello. Paulo Renato Donatello was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Renato Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Renato Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 27th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Renato Donatello was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Paulo Renato Donatello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 37 minutes into the match, MALAIA FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Paulo Renato Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulo Renato Donatello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Paulo Renato Donatello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Paulo Renato Donatello made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Paulo Renato Donatello came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Agustín Saelices. But to his dismay, Agustín Saelices quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurinho Soeiro in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Felix Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Montenegro couldn't finish the play. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Paulo Renato Donatello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Paulo Renato Donatello to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Paulo Renato Donatello was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 73 minute of play. Leopoldo Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 83 minutes into the match, MALAIA FDFDF's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Donatello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Paulo Renato Donatello was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulo Renato Donatello. That made the score 0-9 in the 87 minute of play. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Paulo Renato Donatello made a huge save. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Paulo Renato Donatello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Renato Donatello having to interfere. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
