Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abram Sarmiento started the match with the kick off. Alberto Giacometti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alain Berset in the 8th minute. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Espen Steelers's Alain Berset. But to his dismay, Alain Berset quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Gregor Kobel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 16th minute of play. Antonio Indiano made in the 19th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luis Cazalla however managed to control. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Alain Berset tried to sneak it across the goal line. Torben Krabber hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Axel Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 40th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregor Kobel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregor Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 played minutes Espen Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Williams Imholz. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Gregor Kobel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gregor Kobel made a huge save. After having played for 60 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gregor Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Indiano to maneuver through the defense. Espen Steelers's Paul Klee was substituted for Marco Odermatt. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Espen Steelers's Williams Imholz got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 75 minutes, Abram Secada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abram Secada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th match minute, Espen Steelers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Klee to maneuver through the defense. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Montez in the 80th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stan Wawrinka in the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Espen Steelers's Tobie Canclini got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Gregor Kobel in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Montez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 86th minute of play. Gregor Kobel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
