Alvinegro de Tupã's Lapurdi Jaramillo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Primitivo Andino, made in the 17th minute of the game. Alvinegro de Tupã's Karl Martin Bell Burnell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 69th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Alvinegro de Tupã's Åke Hellström got a free kick in the 75th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Karl Martin Bell Burnell in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
