Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Herminio Gizon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 18th minute of play forced ALIDIM FOR EVER's goalkeeper Herminio Gizon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Gelmiro in the 21st minute of play. ALIDIM FOR EVER's Herminio Gizon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save ALIDIM FOR EVER from getting a goal against them. The throw-in from Adan Bartuelo in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. ALIDIM FOR EVER made a substitution. Gaueko Nanclares replaced Matias Gelmiro. 41 minutes in the game Alonso Berganza did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Moises Gayoso. Herminio Gizon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, ALIDIM FOR EVER's Gaueko Nanclares made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moises Gayoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 60 played minutes ALIDIM FOR EVER got a freekick which was hit by Stanko Selimović. Herminio Gizon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Rolando Noboa was a little too slow when Tião Penha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 1-2. Herminio Gizon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Gizon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
