An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Naelio in the 18th minute of play forced Correla q va en Chancleta's goalkeeper Saad Man to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saad Man showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Naelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Saad Man came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Argentina's Benedicto Naelio. But to his dismay, Benedicto Naelio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Saad Man showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Urtsin in the 40th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Benedicto Naelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saad Man saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Benedicto Naelio made the kick off in the second half. Benedicto Naelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saad Man. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedicto Naelio ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the match, Correla q va en Chancleta's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Naelio came free, but Saad Man reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Correla q va en Chancleta's Doctor Sócrates quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ceferino Nalo, made in the 60th minute of the game. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Celipe in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Correla q va en Chancleta's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Naelio came free, but Saad Man reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Juan Cristóbal Jadue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Correla q va en Chancleta made a substitution. Robbrecht Colebinders replaced Fernando Celipe. Argentina's Severo Rolado was substituted for Ubaldo Ritchie. Vicente Nevada kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Argentina's Arnaldo Perpinya was substituted for Carlos Eufrasio. After a rather tough play, Argentina's Vicente Nevada got a free kick in the 75th minute. Saad Man made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Nevada in the 83rd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Fausto Santana in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Correla q va en Chancleta's Jorge Paez. Lev Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robbrecht Colebinders, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
