Edgard Herauso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 9 in the game by Bernardo Salvino from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. In the 17th minute Marshall Graham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel Boniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanley Wallace, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Salvino in the 22nd minute. Bernardo Salvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. Bernardo Salvino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the EL PEPO FC defense, Stanley Wallace kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ezequiel Boniel. The EL PEPO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ezequiel Boniel should have stopped the shot. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Herauso in the 34th minute of the match. Ezequiel Boniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kyle Davies went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 39 played minutes EL PEPO FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Tonio. Bernardo Salvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elvio Rainerio in the 46th minute. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by EL PEPO FC's Elvio Rainerio. But to his dismay, Elvio Rainerio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rocco Owen to maneuver through the defense. Charles Cox charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charles Cox the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th minute, Charles Cox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Fernendo in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Marshall Graham got a free kick in the 67th minute. Ezequiel Boniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stanley Wallace went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 78thth minute of the game Elvio Rainerio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curacao's Bruno Barrett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Salvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgard Herauso succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. EL PEPO FC's Celso Inge got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in EL PEPO FC's zone, Kyle Davies stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Boniel came out of the goal and Kyle Davies tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
