The supporters of Spartans Lodz booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Spartans Lodz to leave the ground with a draw.
