Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Trinchera FC's Mariano Corderro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herminio Roderigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herminio Roderigo was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Eloy Dimas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Eloy Dimas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Mariano Corderro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Sebastian Celio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trinchera FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Sebastian Celio hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Corderro, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Trinchera FC's attack was well implemented in the 33rd minute, but when Mariano Corderro was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Mariano Corderro had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 34 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Ubaldo Poncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 39 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Corderro. In the 44th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Herminio Roderigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 51st minute. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Herminio Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Corderro in the 55th minute of play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Roderigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Trinchera FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
