Mateus Cruz made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belchior Mamatov in the 18th minute of the match. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Mingo Camats made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Mateus Cruz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belchior Mamatov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milagros Fraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Mateus Cruz made a huge save. After 25 minutes UPTEXTIL.COM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Peru's Julian Murillo managed to work through UPTEXTIL.COM's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Julian Murillo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Mateus Cruz made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Milagros Fraga sent off a good shot on target. Eliseo Mina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Mateus Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belchior Mamatov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the game, Anthony Alvarado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peru's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UPTEXTIL.COM the free kick. After a rather tough play, Peru's Anthony Alvarado got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cüneyt Berksoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cüneyt Berksoy in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Zé Paulo Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute of the match, Paolo Ruisko got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rolando Noboa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 76 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Belchior Mamatov came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Cüneyt Berksoy took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Rolando Noboa to make any attempt to save it. UPTEXTIL.COM made a substitution. Martin Ødegaard replaced Cüneyt Berksoy. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. UPTEXTIL.COM walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
