Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elemér Udvarhelyi started the match with the kick off. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Fabian Ilinca made a throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game. Nicolae Dobrin lost his temper 4 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Timbau CSM:s Tudor Balțoi showed great skill when he stopped Edmundo Espiga:s penalty. After 6 minutes of play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tudor Balțoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Tudor Balțoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. After 15 minutes, Milagros Cabal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the Timbau CSM players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Honduras! In the 19th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 19 minutes, Edmundo Espiga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the Timbau CSM players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Espiga to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 26th minute of play forced Timbau CSM's goalkeeper Tudor Balțoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Honduras got a corner. Timbau CSM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tudor Balțoi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A sloppy throw-in by Fabian Ilinca in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Luca Espinar. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Timbau CSM's goalie prevented a goal. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tudor Balțoi having to interfere. Tudor Balțoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 40th minute of play. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristi Ionășescu in the 45th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tudor Balțoi saved Timbau CSM from getting behind.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Jupân notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 63 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Espiga. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristi Ionășescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Timbau CSM the free kick. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nechifor Ispas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nechifor Ispas took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Jupân in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Ferdinand Jupân managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timbau CSM's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdinand Jupân was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 86 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nechifor Ispas in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute Cristi Ionășescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Cristi Ionășescu made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. A collision led to Timbau CSM getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Cristi Ionășescu hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Timbau CSM's goalkeeper Tudor Balțoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. Timbau CSM were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Honduras for a fine match.
