Safet Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Macaneață, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Måns Sandberg in the 14th minute of play. In the 25th minute Måns Sandberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Ryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giorgian De Arrascaeta kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Norrlands Athen's Måns Sandberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matt Ryan. Matt Ryan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Måns Sandberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matt Ryan having to make a save. Matt Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Måns Sandberg in the 39th minute of the match. Matt Ryan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Lebron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodoro Moreno made a kick off. Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Måns Sandberg in the 50th minute of play. In the 52nd minute of the match, Pitin Sánchez got a very nice opportunity to score, but Safet Hands was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to F.Salgado F.C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Cristo Negroni hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Qian Zhen Sheng in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by F.Salgado F.C.'s Leonel Antunes. Huang Fei Ting kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Norrlands Athen made a substitution. Calle Bergfelt replaced Mathias Alrot. A collision led to Norrlands Athen getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Huang Fei Ting hit a great ball. Matt Ryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Hermansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Stig-Arne Deckberg kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Robert Macaneață recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matt Ryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calle Bergfelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The supporters of F.Salgado F.C. booed when Norrlands Athen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Huang Fei Ting didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stig-Arne Deckberg kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Hermansson in the 94th minute of play forced F.Salgado F.C.'s goalkeeper Matt Ryan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. F.Salgado F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
