Celedonio Kemen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Leonides Lugo made a huge save. Leonides Lugo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Kemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Roderik Verhengen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonides Lugo. Showtime FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roderik Verhengen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 10th minute, Roderik Verhengen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leonides Lugo. The goal made the score 2-0. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Claude Montens took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Leonides Lugo to make any attempt to save it. Leonides Lugo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celedonio Kemen went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Roderik Verhengen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonides Lugo was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 30th minute of the match, Celedonio Kemen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leonides Lugo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 32nd minute, Amador Pagomari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 played minutes Showtime FC got a freekick which was hit by Justo Cerilo. In the 36th minute, Robbie Yom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, FC Klavertje Vier's Leonides Lugo threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robbie Yom, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 39 minutes into the game, Roderik Verhengen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Leonides Lugo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute, Melquiades Sanduru made a precise shot to the right of Zabulón Carabajal. FC Klavertje Vier's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Showtime FC's Leonides Lugo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbie Yom in the 46th minute of play. If Celedonio Kemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Melquiades Sanduru made the kick off in the second half. Leonides Lugo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roderik Verhengen in the 51st minute of play. In the 54th minute, Robbie Yom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonides Lugo was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Claude Montens scored 8-1 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonides Lugo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Showtime FC defense, Roderik Verhengen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonides Lugo. The Showtime FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonides Lugo should have stopped the shot. After 66 minutes of play, FC Klavertje Vier's Celedonio Kemen made it 10-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonides Lugo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 72 minutes of play, FC Klavertje Vier's Claude Montens made it 11-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonides Lugo was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Joos Horemans in the 77th minute of play forced Showtime FC's goalkeeper Leonides Lugo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roderik Verhengen in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonides Lugo saved Showtime FC from getting behind. In the 84th minute Claude Montens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Lugo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonides Lugo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Montens in the 85th minute of the match. Leonides Lugo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Montens in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Claude Montens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonides Lugo. Leonides Lugo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Robbie Yom came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the FC Klavertje Vier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robbie Yom couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Kemen in the 95th minute of play forced Showtime FC's goalkeeper Leonides Lugo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonides Lugo came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Klavertje Vier's Joos Horemans. But to his dismay, Joos Horemans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Klavertje Vier had played much better football throughout.
