Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Uruguay's Francisco Seco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mugurel Buda kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. A hard shot 6 in the game by Manuel Boteanu from a close distance when the talented Joaquin Gayoso managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorin Popeneciu in the 9th minute of play. Juventus Țiu's Manuel Boteanu got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12thth minute of the game Manuel Boteanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 12 minutes, Manuel Boteanu made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Marius Bălașa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 minutes, Kevin Carballal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the Juventus Țiu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Kevin Carballal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Boteanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Juventus Țiu's Alexandru Chiriloaie got a free kick in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manuel Boteanu to strike the kick off in the second half. Maximiliano Escribano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marius Bălașa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Juventus Țiu's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Marius Bălașa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Manuel Boteanu sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorin Popeneciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eugen Daimacă's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugen Daimacă helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Juventus Țiu! In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Uruguay. Jaime Cazalla stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marius Bălașa. 4-3. Francisco Seco did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-4 to the left of a surprised Marius Bălașa 77 minutes into the match. Dorin Popeneciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Boteanu in the 85th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Jaime Cazalla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uruguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus Țiu the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Cazalla to maneuver through the defense.
