Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Fernandino in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duarte Couto saved Alvi Verde from getting behind. Jânio Maia charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jânio Maia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Jânio Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Eduardo Fontirroig notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Alvi Verde's Duarte Couto. Duarte Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Duarte Couto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfonso de la Cruz's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duarte Couto having to interfere. Alvi Verde's attentive Basílio Mazza managed to snatch the ball when Ismael Tejedor made a throw-in in the 20th minute of the game. Ismael Tejedor made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Alvi Verde's Manoel Berger. Duarte Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Eduardo Fontirroig notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Alvi Verde's Duarte Couto. Duarte Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Alvi Verde's zone, Eduardo Fontirroig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duarte Couto came out of the goal and Eduardo Fontirroig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Alfonso de la Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso de la Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mario Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Ferrant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Duarte Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duarte Couto having to interfere. In the 38th minute Eduardo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duarte Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Fontirroig in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Fernandino was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Mario Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Fernandino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duarte Couto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Ismael Tejedor in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Alvi Verde's Manoel Berger. Duarte Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Fontirroig in the 57th minute of play. When Julio Chicote came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Chicote couldn't finish the play. Julio Chicote sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Duarte Couto came out and tried to block the shot, but Eduardo Fontirroig slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 62nd minute. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Duarte Couto to make any attempt to save it. In the 75th minute, Alfonso de la Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Duarte Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Duarte Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Julio Chicote came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Chicote couldn't finish the play. Bolivia's attentive Francisco Gallo managed to snatch the ball when Germano do Vale made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. 90 minutes into the match, Alvi Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Fontirroig came free, but Duarte Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Joshua Miralles in the 96th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Alvi Verde's Daniel Cearense. Joshua Miralles hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Bolivia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
