Duarte Couto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Duarte Couto came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 16th minute of play forced Alvi Verde's goalkeeper Duarte Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 17th minute of play forced Alvi Verde's goalkeeper Duarte Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lorenzo Cazalla in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duarte Couto saved Alvi Verde from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Duarte Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Duarte Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Joel Gaona took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Duarte Couto to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Alvi Verde defense, Luca Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duarte Couto. The Alvi Verde fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duarte Couto should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Facundo Cadaval sped through Alvi Verde's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Duarte Couto. 40 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Duarte Couto, 9-0. Alvi Verde's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Alberto Tafalla scored to the left of an out of position Duarte Couto, making the score, 10-0. Alvi Verde's Jânio Maia quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leonardo Leoz, made in the 47th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 10-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Mexico's Joel Gaona looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 55 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Alvi Verde's Duarte Couto. Duarte Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duarte Couto saved Alvi Verde from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Joel Gaona put it in 13-0 from a short distance just to the right of Duarte Couto. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Alberto Tafalla put it in 14-0 from a short distance just to the right of Duarte Couto. Duarte Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 65th minute of the match. Duarte Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duarte Couto came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. The audience was convinced that Alberto Tafalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duarte Couto was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 73rd minute, Facundo Cadaval ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Duarte Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 16-0. 78 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 17-0, to the right of Alvi Verde's Duarte Couto. Duarte Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Duarte Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Facundo Cadaval cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 18-0. Duarte Couto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Duarte Couto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 19-0 was the resulting score. Duarte Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lautaro Mancebo in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duarte Couto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Duarte Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 94th minute of the match. Mexico walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
