Ernesto Guevara SyD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Burak Demirsoy ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Tirso got free with Carlos Baptista in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute Daniel Rives shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Rodriguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match, Beto Almada tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carlos Baptista saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 46 minutes into the game, Pascual Bernat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ernesto Guevara SyD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ the free kick. Pascual Bernat kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ersen Bumba to strike the kick off in the second half. If Pascual Bernat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ersen Bumba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Enzo Rodriguez made a huge save. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
