In the 6th minute, Dromes FC's Raimundo Guimarães dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Raimundo Guimarães sent off a good shot on target. When Raimundo Guimarães came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Dromes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Guimarães couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Raimundo Guimarães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Dromes FC's Raimundo Guimarães. But to his dismay, Raimundo Guimarães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Raimundo Guimarães capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Raimundo Guimarães really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 37 minutes into the match, Raimundo Guimarães had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raimundo Guimarães was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 41 minutes into the game, Raimundo Guimarães lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. In the 50th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the game, Raimundo Guimarães cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Guimarães in the 64th minute of play. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Raimundo Guimarães put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Lleir in the 79th minute of the match. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Lleir, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Dromes FC's Jack Grealish managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Guillermo Mariano in the 87 minute of the game. After 95 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dromes FC had played much better football throughout.
