Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Nilmar Coelho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. José Paulo Bezerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. The audience was convinced that Nilmar Coelho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's José Paulo Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 69th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Nilmar Coelho made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 79 minutes in the game Edmundo Vaz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to İbrahim Ibrahimovic.
