Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 莫义朋 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but 莫义朋 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 莫义朋 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 狄皓彬 to strike the kick off in the second half. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 狄皓彬's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. When 狄皓彬 came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰 fans jumped to their feet. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 狄皓彬, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
