An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 4th minute of play forced Negm's goalkeeper Tiago Gusmão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiago Gusmão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 6th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, 傅森竞 put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. In the 14th minute 傅森竞 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Negm's Mahgoub Fahmy got a free kick in the 17th minute. After having played for 20 minutes, Leo Kalfhage managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Negm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Kalfhage was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 傅森竞 in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. After 26 minutes, 傅森竞 made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 傅森竞 in the 29th minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, Negm's Tadeu Hoffmann made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Negm fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Negm's Tadeu Hoffmann looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jaime Pardo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 傅森竞. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, 傅森竞 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Negm's supporters rose to their feet, but 傅森竞 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 傅森竞 in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Hector Covarrubias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiago Gusmão. Negm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Covarrubias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 傅森竞 in the 65th minute of play. After 65 minutes of play, Negm's 傅森竞 made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Leo Kalfhage kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute, Hector Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Negm's 傅森竞 got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Negm made a substitution. Hatem Ibrahim replaced Tadeu Hoffmann. 傅森竞 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Jacobo Nores when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, 傅森竞 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. Carlos Ovalle received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacobo Nores came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlos Ovalle slotted it home off the left post making it 1-10 in the 89th minute.
