Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Devan Eiø lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. 11 minutes into the match, FC Štitáre's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Agustin Geleberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, FC Štitáre's Donovan Burris made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 19 played minutes, FC Štitáre's Viktor Lalkovič shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Štitáre reached it. The audience was convinced that Donovan Burris's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Donovan Burris took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 40th minute, Donovan Burris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when FC Štitáre's Donovan Burris fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Devan Eiø in the 43rd minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donovan Burris in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. After 57 minutes, Minko Savov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Štitáre and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Štitáre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Camilo Gaos charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Gaos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Edmund Adelsköld fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Štitáre's protests and gave Edmund Adelsköld a yellow card for diving instead.
