Aston Birra F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yavuz Selimhan Sinan in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascal Bults in the 17th minute of play forced Aston Birra F.C.'s goalkeeper Delmiro Luzaide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Domenik Hoffhuis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MK Investments fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Delmiro Luzaide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Lever in the 23rd minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pascal Bults stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Delmiro Luzaide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waclaw Poremba in the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Anier Ted shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Oldenborger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Aston Birra F.C.'s zone, Waclaw Poremba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Luzaide came out of the goal and Waclaw Poremba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
