Urbasa Jofre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Dante Lacasa was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Eliodor Elian capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliodor Elian really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After having played for 48 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mimoun Palić stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Mimoun Palić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ...ASGARD...'s Urbasa Jofre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save ...ASGARD... from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mimoun Palić, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 73rd minute, but Urbasa Jofre got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving ...ASGARD... hanging dry this time. Facundo Cadaval's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urbasa Jofre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play.
