Antonio Arnas might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Arnas ran back to his position shaking his head. The Urko FC fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Urko FC's Antonio Arnas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Urko FC's Augusto Aguirre managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Santino Seco in the 22 minute of the game. Sebastián Torrico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 30 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Arnas came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Abram Sarmiento fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sebastián Torrico quite easily take care of the ball. After 34 minutes Urko FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Luis Cazalla managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 38th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Cruz in the 40th minute of play. Binjamin Van Campenhout hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Colombia's Santino Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Colombia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Urko FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abram Sarmiento took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastián Torrico. Sebastián Torrico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Urko FC made a substitution. Denis Alonso replaced Celso Cruz. Urko FC's Arrosko Lechem was substituted for Antonio Arnas. Urko FC made a substitution. Igor Baudelio replaced Filomeno Kauldi. Sebastián Torrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Alonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 77th minute of play forced Urko FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urko FC's Sebastián Torrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 83rd minute of play. Axel Montenegro scored 2-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastián Torrico, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento.
