Abram Luque blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Duarte Couto having to make a save. Moises Fernandino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvi Verde's Duarte Couto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Alvi Verde from getting a goal against them. Abram Luque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duarte Couto having to interfere. Duarte Couto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abram Luque went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Alvi Verde's Manoel Berger managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jorge Magrina in the 30 minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moises Fernandino got free with Duarte Couto in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Duarte Couto managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when El Salvador's Abram Luque fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Duarte Couto made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Moises Fernandino sent off a good shot on target. Abram Luques short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Duarte Couto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murilo Stein stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alvi Verde's Duarte Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Luque in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 56th minute of play forced Alvi Verde's goalkeeper Duarte Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duarte Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 58th minute of the match.
