Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nilmar Coelho started the match with the kick off. José Paulo Bezerra was a little too slow when Edmundo Espiga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Edmundo Vaz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 11 played minutes UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C got a freekick which was hit by Cafu Nunes. After a defensive mix-up in UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Paulo Bezerra came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Paulo Bezerra came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th match minute, UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cafu Nunes to maneuver through the defense. José Paulo Bezerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Tafalla in the 19th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's zone, Moises Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Paulo Bezerra came out of the goal and Moises Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Moises Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nilmar Coelho in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. In the 31st minute Nilmar Coelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilmar Coelho in the 36th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nilmar Coelho's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nilmar Coelho in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. When UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's Nilmar Coelho in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. Cafu Nunes made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Wesley Travassos immediately put the ball in play. In the 57th minute, Honduras's Ivan Navarro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ivan Navarro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Honduras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ivan Navarro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Honduras:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C:s goal. Nilmar Coelho shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Nilmar Coelho sent off a good shot on target. After 63 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nilmar Coelho who took care of the corner kick. Honduras's Moises Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moises Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Paulo Bezerra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moises Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nilmar Coelho in the 71st minute. Emanuel Ocampo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Nilmar Coelho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-2 in the 76 minute of play. In the 92nd minute, UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's Nilmar Coelho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After 96 minutes, Emanuel Ocampo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Honduras supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's performance. The match ended with a win for UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C.
