A well-hit corner resulted in Alberto Gisbert heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by 『挑战者』北伦敦德比's 陈响兴. But to his dismay, 陈响兴 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, 陈响兴 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 柯岩宁 made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which 陈响兴 however managed to control. 陈响兴 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 江霆俊 in the 58th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 陈响兴. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 66 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gisbert. A collision led to 『挑战者』北伦敦德比 getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. 陈响兴 hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when 陈响兴 sent off a good shot on target. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. In the 76th match minute, 『挑战者』北伦敦德比 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 吕青沙 to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Cazalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 高益海 hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Alberto Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
